pages contain a collection of photos and memorabilia
submitted by folks who were stationed on Attu,
photos from "The Capture of Attu," an
Infantry Journal, from relatives of folks who were
stationed on Attu during WWII, and other photos and
materials now in the public domain. My thanks go to
the many individuals who have contributed content to
these pages, including Rene Thibault, George
Villasenor, Bob Watson and all the rest of the guys,
with a special thanks to the unknown photographers
of W.W. II that made the remaining pictures
available for the world to see.
