The Adobe PDF file of this booklet with bookmarks and all pages in their original colors  runs a little over 34.6 MB in size. Unless you have a "broadband" modem, such as cable or DSL, or are connected directly to the Internet, this file could take you up to 3 hours (or more) to download in its entirety. You may also have long waiting periods for individual pages to download into Adobe Acrobat Reader as well. I have no solution for you in this event other than to make this file available to you on a CD that you can run and view with Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC directly.

To cover our costs for blank CDs, jewel cases, labels, CD mailers, postage, and creating the CD for you, we would request from you a check for the amount of $10.00 for each CD you request. If you would like one (or more) of these CDs, please fill out and submit the following form.

Upon receipt of your order, I'll get in touch with you via eMail to confirm your order, and will begin preparing your CD(s). Upon receipt and cashing of your check, I'll then mail your CD(s) to you.
